- Brand Assets: "frentivo" trademark, logo, and brand identity
- Digital Content: Website design ( https://frentivo.com ), product images, descriptions, videos, and software code
- Product Innovations: Unique product designs, packaging, and proprietary technical solutions
2. Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized use of frentivo's intellectual property constitutes infringement, including but not limited to:
- Reproduction/Distribution of product images/descriptions
- Counterfeiting or imitation of frentivo-branded products
- Unauthorized use of "frentivo" in domain names, social media, or advertising
- Reverse engineering of patented/copyrighted products
3. Third-Party Rights Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights of others. All products are:
- Designed/manufactured with strict IP compliance
- Sourced from licensed suppliers with valid authorization
- Subject to due diligence screening for EU design rights & Czech trademark conflicts
4. Infringement Reporting Procedure
To report suspected IP violations, provide written notice to:

- Your contact information and legal certification
5. Enforcement Measures
Upon verification of infringement, frentivo will:
- Immediately remove disputed content/products

- Claim damages including lost profits and legal costs
6. Disclaimer
This statement does not constitute:
